1. About WhereInAI

WhereInAI is an AI visibility monitoring tool operated by SEOBurf, a senior SEO consultancy based in Bath, United Kingdom. By using WhereInAI you agree to these terms.

2. The service

WhereInAI scans major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) to detect mentions of brands. Results are generated by querying third-party AI services in real time. We do not control or guarantee the responses returned by these AI platforms.

3. Free and paid plans

The free tier offers a one-time visibility scan delivered by email plus a weekly digest. The paid tier (£29/month) offers ongoing tracking, full AI response text, position tracking, citation source data, and competitor monitoring.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use WhereInAI for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or scan quotas
• Use scraped or automated tools to abuse the free scan endpoint
• Resell or redistribute scan data without permission
• Submit prompts containing personal data of third parties without their consent

5. Accuracy and limitations

AI responses are non-deterministic and vary between queries. WhereInAI runs each prompt multiple times to improve reliability, but we cannot guarantee that scan results perfectly represent how AI platforms describe your brand at any given moment. Use the data as a directional signal, not as absolute truth.

6. Disclaimer and liability

WhereInAI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOBurf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or abuses the service. You may terminate your account at any time by unsubscribing or cancelling your subscription.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
